Avoid samsung

I think this company is a total cheat . My samsung s7 edge suddenly had a screen   burn out . Samsung guy ( not an engineer ) inspected the phone and declared there was a small dent which renders the warranty null and void. 

Same issue has surfaced with a few of my colleagues .

Samsung systematically,  in a process driven manner invalidates valid warranties . It's a scam !

Do you by a chance a picture of the screen to allow people to judge the situation.

I regret that you had a negative experience, but without a picture its kinda hard for me or other users to form an objective opinion of the situation 😄
