Hi all, I’ve lost my phone yesterday so I called Samsung team, they said phone will automatically send it’s location when battery reaches 15%. It never sent and gone off now. My mobile data was off and for sure so Wi-fi access is possible until screen unlocked. Any idea to trace it?

Hi @Bilz

If by logging into your findmysamsung it does not help then as its now turned off you can't track it until its turned back On.

You can use the findmysamsung site to action various things still however.

Sadly if the finder of the phone does not intend to help return it then its lost and you should contact your Network to have it imei blocked and your sim card deactivated so no unauthorised usage can occur and bills rack up.

When your Network sends out a new sim card you'll probably need to re contact them to have the bar lifted on your account.

Report it to the police if you wish to.claim on any relevant insurance.

Due to the various lockouts on the phone the finder wouldnt be able to use their own sim card in it either.
