Hi There,

 

The Recent apps, home and Back buttons on my SM-T520 seem to have stopped working, to exit any apps i now have to reboot the device which is becoming really annoying. The device is in excellent condition and has never been dropped.

 

Has anyone got any ideas as to why they have stopped working?

Hi @paulhenry26

 

Try looking to ensure no updates are pending.

 

If the soft reboot isn't properly clearing the issue then if this was my device I'd first try clearing the system cache followed by a back up and factory reset as a final resort

 

That failing then a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre location can look at it.
