Do you have any Bluetooth headphones paired and could they be nearby when you are calling?

Could you have mute on at source?

Clear cache on your phone app.

Hi @Somiruddin. The title suggests that the app isn't working. Are you having this call issue when using apps such as WhatsApp and Snapchat, or when you're making normal phone calls? Have you also tried the steps that @Piper123 has suggested?
