Other SmartphonesI processed an Android update on my Samsung Galaxy J1 mini prime today and afterwards I had "Unfortunately, TouchWiz home has stopped" on screen and I cannot now use the phone. I have taken the battery & Sim cards out & restarted but I still get the same message. PLEASE HELP!!!!

Other SmartphonesIt's a security protocol of the phone that stops anyone else Factory Resetting your phone and inserting their own SIM card.
Keying in your Google Credentials will complete the process.

If no no help then seek out your most local Samsung Service Location.

A Hard Reset comes in handy if the phone is glitching.

If no joy I think you'll need a Samsung Service Location.
