why doesn't it work with my s20 it works with my s10 I have tried everything a new cable but it won't work

Hey @da9kl. So we're on the same page here, are you referring to Android Auto? If so, are you getting any error messages?

not even that it just keeps saying connect charger but my note 8 and s10 plus works with the same cable
