Android 9 s8+ bluetooth

Since updating to ui 1 and android 9 my s8+ no longer shows the bluetooth icon in the top bar when connected or not. Bluetooth is working fine

I have Samsung One Ui  / Pie on my Note 9 and the Bluetooth Icon does show as I'm connected to my Samsung Gear s3 Frontier watch so it should show in the top status bar.

Can you put your phone in Safe Mode which disables your downloaded apps and leaves the stock ones working which can help determine if an app is causing conflict.

Also check the preferences settings for your apps just to try and see that everything is as it should be.

Checked and in safe mode it's the same still no bluetooth icon in top bar with either a connected device or not. Bluetooth is working fine just no icon. Bluetooth does not show in apps.

To see the blietooth app you may need to toggle on system apps in Settings > Apps and press the 3 little dots in the top Rh corner and choose system apps.

Yep needed system apps and it's there and allowed for notifications but still not showing on top bar
