Firmware Updates are sent out in connection to build number and data of manufacturer @Nokut
It also can depend if a phone is branded which is a phone supplied by a network or unbranded which is a phone supplied directly by Samsung.
Branded phones can sometimes have delayed updates because the network wants to test it to ensure the software does not clash with their network apps etc.
Once an update is available it'll show in your phones software update section and you can manually check too.
Neither Samsung or the networks will comment on firmware update timeframes.
