Go into settings, and then into "Apps", tap on the three dots in the top right corner and then click on "show system apps". Scroll down the list of apps and click on the three "Phone" apps, and clear cache and data for each one. After that tap on the three dots again and tap on Reset app Preferences. This should help. Would also chat to network provider to make sure they haven't done anything on their side.
If this doesn't resolve the issue, Get a new sim card and finally try a Master Reset (backing up the data first).
If all fails, then the device needs to go into repair.

Hope this helps.

Thank you for your reply. The problem seem to be resolved without doing anything at all. It seems it may have been a provider issue. Thank you for all your help and support. Regards Mie

@Annoyed64: Can you try opening the Phone app > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Settings > Supplementary Services > Call Forwarding > Voice Call > Make sure all options here are toggled off, especially 'Always Forward'.

Hi there! Which phone do you have? Have you had a look at your call settings to see if they're being diverted?

Hi @Mie1.

Are you able to make outgoing calls OK, @Mie1? Have you checked your network coverage with your Network Provider?

Your voicemail is set up by your Network Provider, @Susieqwilcox10.

You'd need to get in touch with them for more help with this!
