Keeps restarting. Phone replaced because off this issue, replacement still does it. Samsung updated software after report showed it had restarted 99 times. It continues so phone sent to phone contract provider and it still restarts randomly.  Completely fed up. Want a new phone...perhaps different make.

May i ask are you putting your info back o to the phone via a Back-Up ?

 

I'm wondering if something is corrupted @Dilster

 

Another option is to put the phone into Safe Mode which disables all your downloaded apps and leaves the stock ones alone which can then help to highlight if it's a rogue app.

Yes I am other than Facebook &  Whatapp. It seems to happen more when I am in the office and wondered if its anything to do with something interferring there. I will try Safe mode.

how can I find if there is an app that is causing this restart all the time. Phone now in Safe mode
