A5 2017 can't unlock damaged screen and touch out of order

My phone has damaged screen and i'm not able to copy files on my PC due to the fact that the phone A5 (2017) is locked by touch sign , impossible to activate because the screen is completely black.

I've not had a Samsung profile, so impossible with Find My Phone option

Dr.Fone does't support this device A5

USB debug not working

 

Do you have suggestion?
