Still haven't got the Android 12 update for my S21 Ultra

I'm at a complete loss here. I keep hearing everyone talk about receiving the 'new' Android 12 update yet I haven't even received the first update, let alone the recent bug fixes. I have attached screenshots of my service provider software version below. Would be greatly appreciated if anyone could help, samsung support just keep binning me off and aren't being very useful

Ah right, that is why Samsung aren't helping too then unfortunately. How long have you had the phone? If it's under a month I'd challenge the vendor over this and if they won't cooperate report them to Amazon for what is a fraudulent product description. Amazon can refund and get the money back themselves from the vendor if need be

If you are feeling brave and Desperate head over to XDA forums or wait it out.

I've got the exact same problem

Purchased the phone from appliances direct in the UK. I'm on the EE network and have not received any software updates whatsoever

Ive got the HUI CSC which I'm at a loss about. I live in the UK and purchased the phone in the UK so not sure why its giving me that code 

Has anyone found a workaround or a solution to this?

CSC code HUI = Italy carrier branded, H3G

 

Send it back.

The phone was purchased last week of December 2021
I don't think it can be sent back now
I only really looked into this since I not received any software updates for the phone including android 12

What would you advise...would contacting Samsung help?

You have purchased a grey market device that is not intended by Samsung, for sale in the U.K. I doubt they will help. Contact Appliances Direct and demand a refund.

Is there no way to change the CSC of the phone
Just baffled why these retailers are selling phones not intended for the UK
Like the phone works fully with no issues and I've not had any issues with it just except the fact it does not update the software at all
