S21 5G One UI 6

People are talking about One UI 7 and I still didn't get One UI 6. I'm on S21 5G and I've read that I'm supposed to get it. I'm running One UI 5.

The usual cause for this. Is your phone from a different country to your sim card? Eg, did you buy your phone from another country or get it super cheap somewhere. If you are fully sure yout phone is of the country you are in, make sure your sim card is of your country. If your phone and sim card are both for the same country, something else is wrong. Though usually this issue is just phone and sim country not matching.

If Samsung pay doesn't work, phone is from the wrong country

If your phone is from a different country, get a cheap pay as you go sim for the country your phone is from, that'll let you get updates when you have it in the phone

Like @arianwen27 said, may be the region you bought the device, is the reason. samsung started rolling out S215G in europe from may 24 itself. Hope you checked the updates, and try to change the region in the device. Hope it works

Some known possible tips are to >

1. Try another completely different networks sim card in your phone which may instigate an update. 

2. If you have a Samsung Experience Store local go there as they might be able to help.

Samsung Wallet doesn't work so my phone is from the wrong country. How can I know from which country my phone is from?

Go to settings, about phone, look for model name. Can you send exactly what it says? That sorta code should show the device model and region

That is an American model phone that is not carrier unlocked by default

You can buy a cheap pay as you go american sim card. Putting it in your phone should allow updates, then put your normal sim back in. Do this maybe once a month. You could also get a cheap american esim too. Just be sure the sim originates from america (meaning they don't tell you to enable roaming). Might take a few tries of finding the right sim but it should work
