Sorry to hear of your issues. If you have been having this issue from the date you bought the device, why on earth did you not send it back to be replaced?

Where did you get the device out of interest?

I am not employed by Samsung nor do I receive any remuneration as a Samsung Members Star.

Not sure how long you've owned this phone but you should contact the merchant, or at least let a Samsung Service Centre have hands on.
