Why is it taking longer? I was told to look at the support page if I had further questions but what be the reason behind this?

Realise it has been a bit frustrating but hopefully Cashback Rewards will be sorted in due course, issue I presume is due to the volume received.

I have just had word my payment has been processed, in my case took less than 3 weeks (just had the one claim)

I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.
