Has anyone officially received notification off Samsung members on dates when one UI 4.0  is going to be installed very strange that I haven't received it where is the last one I received telling me all about it at the moment nothing just a general question thank you all and I wish you all a very happy Christmas and a happy new year to you all

This is fun seeing you guys posting about Android 12 when I am still waiting for Android 11 on my S10. Contacted customer support a few times and they were charmingly useless and advised me to wait till Samsung rolls out. Hard reset, plugged into my laptop and customer support, nothing worked.

@Badman: Where did you purchase your Galaxy s10 from? If the phone was intended for use outside your current region then this can create compatibility issues with software updates, and may explain why you haven't been able to update to Android 11. If you have connected to a Wi-Fi network and attempted to update via Settings > Software Update without success, then please try checking Smart Switch on your home computer. To begin with, follow the link below and click on 'How Do I Get Smart Switch On My PC or Mac' and download the relevant version.

Once installed, open Smart Switch, connect your S10 using the USB cable that came packaged with the device, and look for an update prompt on the landing page, next to your device details.

Did you not receive a schedule list It was released February It's so strange that your phone has an updated to Android 11 mine updated on that month as it says in the descriptionScreenshot_20211215-082254_Samsung Members_72939_1639556584.jpg

Thabks JimS10 and AndrewL. My wife's S10lite got updated in Jan 2021 but not mine. We both purchased our phones from UK to be used in UK.
As I mentioned earlier. I have tried plugging in my phone with smart switch, hard factory reset everything but nothing worked. Customer services weren't helpful either

That is a strange one because every other Samsung S10 got updated on that month to Android 11 What network provider are you on I don't know what to suggest on this issue he said you reset your phone and nothing has happened that is a mad one

That is strange the security patch is still on 2020 I've just checked mine and my security patch is 2021 something is definitely going wrong with your phone with updates Have you checked your settings to see if the totals on download over Wi-Fi updates
