Hello everyone, I was just saying I'm quite an expert on tech and all devices produced by Samsung if anyone needs any help please just contact me and I will be happy to help you with any of your products even if it's a slight problem like you can open an app or quite a big problem with a camera app not openingeven if it's a slight problem like you can't open an app or quite a big problem with a camera app not opening just contact me and I'll be happy to help goodbye 😀

Hi @helper-K , we certainly welcome helpful Members here , just to point out that there a number  of technically minded posters here.

With regard to  freezing/restarting a few things have not been mentioned.  Advisable  to check that all Apps are fully updated  and to run the phone on Safe Mode, in case recent apps have caused an issue. https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/ 

However if still  problem there advisable to clear the cache partition, temporary cache files are deleted but Data is intact and can help with freezes.

1. Turn off the device.
2. Connect To Computer or plug in USB-C Headphones , Press and hold the Volume Up key and then press and hold the Power key
3. When the Android logo displays, release all three keys.
4. Wait until the Android system recovery menu options appear.
5. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
6. Press Power key to select.
7. Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, them and press the Power key to select.
8. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
9. Press the Power key to restart the device.

This should be tried before A Factory Reset.
