Anybody knows how can solve this issue?

Samsung can replace it? It looks like HW problem. Because if it is S/W issue they solve and reflect to regular updare. I have updated SW several times. But this issue is not clear.

Please help me

Hi @Jason761  Have you tried much Troubleshooting? Ensure your apps are up to date and optimised in Device Care, can free up memory by stopping background Apps in same section.

However it is recommended to clear the cache partition after updates and this can help with  freezes. some temporary cache files become outmoded or in some cases corrupt.  wiping the cache partition though does not impact on your  Data.   Follow these steps:

1. Turn off the device.
2. Connect To Computer , other Device or TV USB, Press and hold the Volume Up key and then press and hold the Power key
3. When the Android logo displays, release both keys.
4. Wait until the Android system recovery menu options appear.
5. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
6. Press Power key to select.
7. Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, them and press the Power key to select.
8. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
9. Press the Power key to restart the device.

can also Repair apps from the same Recovery Menu.

sometimes third party apps/themes can cause a conflict and so an idea to see if this issue persist in Safe Mode if third party apps have been installed fairly recently.   https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/

if ok  there would pinpoint recent apps which you may need to delete.

However if no solution would be best to send an Error Report,go to Samsung Members-Support-Send Feedback-Error Report. Select Lockup/Restarting, include description and ensure the system logs are sent.
