I bought a Samsung S9 2 years ago in UK. Now I m living in Italy and I can not use the phone anymore. How can I get MCK code to unlock the phone please?

is it an unlocked retail phone or one you got from EE/O2/Vodafone etc?

I bought the phone in Vodafone shop in Cambridge, with a Vodafone contract for 2 years.

You will need to contract Vodafone to get the MCK code as they are the ones to provide the unlock code
