Galaxy S21 Ultra faulty front speaker

Hello! I just received yesterday my brand new S21 Ultra 5G, and I am sure my device is faulty. It's about the speaker. The sound is distorted.

I will attach here 2 links. And if you will listen, you will notice the problem. I have some friends with the same phone, and the sound is very clear.

As im a little hard of hearing whilst I am in a call i turn on the loud speaker then put it up bhy my ear i have noticed that when i do put it up bhy my ear the top speaker cuts off and just the bottom speaker works then I'll move the fone away and the top will work again and this happens every time i but it up bhy my ear whilst on loud speaker is this a safety feature or maybe a problem with the sensor can anyone help me please thank u in advance.
