My wife and I both upgraded from s9. Sound quality and loudness terrible! Same treble issues that others have described. Pretty disappointing. We can't have both gotten bad devices.
I spoke to Samsung and raised it as a fault and they asked me to send it back for a replacement. going by all this I'm not having much hope for a replacement . 😔
I too am having the same issue. Contacted Samsung support and they just offered a replacement phone, which obviously did the same thing. Has anyone been able to resolve this?
Im having the same problem 😞 Thought it was poor call quality at first causing like a static sound. Do you have to send the phone in for fixing or would they just replace the device?
Same problem + a squeak noise happens every 10-15 seconds on calls in the top speaker. I scheduled a local repair shop to look at it through Samsung warranty.
Hi did you guys get this resolved? Iv had my s21 ultra and iv noticed a crackling sound when watching videos. I compared the same video on a s10 and the s10 sounded fine where as the s21 ultra sounded awful
