Hi
Recently bought a s21 from ee and did the claim for the free buds live through this app. It was accepted and said I would receive them within 45 days. It also said I could check the tracking to see where they are up to but I can't remember where it said to go to check the tracking and I can't find it. Does anybody know how I track this?

It was a text message I recieved and it had no link or mention of the tracking. it was somewhere in the process of making the claim that it said I could you my claim reference number to track the progress.

Not sure which country you guys are from, but south africa is also with a huge delay on delivery of buds.

I bought my device on the 7 of March 2021, promo was till the 11 March 2021. it got validated on the 18 March 2021 and today is the 13 April 2021. Still waiting. with no answers except we have a huge backlog.
