I've recently purchased a Samsung S21 and use my fingerprint to unlock and use my phone.
However, I have forgotten the lock screen pattern which is needed if I were to switch the phone off/on.
My fear is that if my phone were to be reset of turned off, it would become inaccessible.
Any ideas on how I can change/remove the pattern?

One extreme option @AdsAfz is to log into your Samsung Account on a computer and look at resetting that way.
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

Because it resets your login credentials and you'll have to reset them back up.

@Drago IT , Hopefully, you got there in the end! But just in case you didn't: Samsung account webpage (https://account.samsung.com/membership/intro ) > sign in; and then once you're in: Devices > Find My Mobile. Select the relevant device from the list, and then ‘Unlock’ and enter your Samsung account password. As BandOfBrothers said, doing it that way will delete all of the screen lock information (Pattern, PIN, Password, and Biometrics) on your phone so you'll need to set that all up again.
