Can someone please advice me on how to make an official compain to samsung please.
They have messed me about since septerber they have not send me an adapter which was agreed with them .

The Samsung Shop Team have a telephone number and email address you can use.

I have tried all of that. Went to samsung stores, emailed them , agreed to send me a replacement adapter for samsung S21+ but still no received even after over 2 months

Ah I understand now the charging brick.

This is usually covered by a 12 month warranty.

May I assume you do not have a Samsung Experience Store local that you could visit to try and get this resolved.

The Samsung Online Shop Team do reply in due course but I assume due to the sheer amount of emails they receive a few days can pass between emails sometimes.

You can obviously send an email via the link supplied in the other reply and they'll get back to you too.

Maybe ask the Samsung Online Shop Team to provide a voucher code you can use to buy a charging brick from the Samsung Online Store or hopefully they can get the item to you ASAP.

Totally understand and appreciate how frustrating this must be.
