Hi, I am doing the claim, when entering the imei it says the device cannot be found.

There is also two Imei on the box

I put the second one in and that seemed to work. I attached the photos of the imei so I could explain if samsung say there is an issue

Use the other imei. The top one appears to be for the esim. As long as you screenshot the settings screen when asked, and your invoice. I had the same worry but it got accepted straight away.

said that on mine i carried on then up loaded photos of imei on box and photo of receipt that showed date and where you got it ...worked for me but is a ***** on doing it
