Call Barring

I've never had an issue with international calls, but today a call dropped and every other call attempt comes with a message saying outgoing calls cannot be made when call barring is on. I can't find that setting anywhere as I don't have supplementary services in my phone settings.

Have you spoken to your network provider? Maybe they have blocked you

Hi @AMFT 

You should have Supplementary Services section !

Launch your phone app.

Tap on the 3 little dots in the top Rh corner.

Tap on Settings.

Supplemtary Services should be there.

I agree with @-Robot- that it's also advisable to contact your Network.

If you can as a process of elimination try your sim card in another phone and try that number.

Maybe theirs an issue at their end.

Unfortunately the Supplementary Services is nowhere to be found and from most forums I've seen most everyone else doesn't have it either. Ill have to contact Verizon tomorrow.

The are regional differences between the US and UK. The best advice is what I said earlier and that is contact Verizon. You may also want to post this question on the US community site, they may have folks who have a different experience than we do on Verizon
