@2me2u: If you're referring to the Bluetooth shortcut in the drop down Quick Panel, then please try swiping from the top of the screen to the bottom using 2 fingers > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Edit buttons, to see if it is in the Available Buttons section. Also, swipe though the Quick Panel pages, just in case it has been repositioned in your list.
