Hello. I'm currently living in italy as a student so the new live translation future is super useful for me. But there are no updates available for me and I believe it's my service provider. Samsung costumer service was no help. Can someone help me so that I could figure out if there is a problem here or if there isn't and I should just wait.

Oh ok so this is the problem. Do you know how can I fix this? As I said the costumer service looked at this and said there is no problem 😂 so it's up to me

I did that yesterday and there was no update so I posted here as a last resort. I've never gone to the US. I ordered my phone online. Guess it was imported. So it's really ip to me
