So i went out today with my boy and thought i would test out video so i tried all settings for video but the camera quality at 10x zoom on UHD60 is terrible and hopefully an update can fix it. Here is the quality of the video at 10x zoom

It looks like you started recording from the main sensor. If you record from the main camera (1x) and zoom in to 10x, you're not using the 10x periscope lens. UHD60 does not switch between cameras, you can only record from each lens from the start. If you want to use 10x zoom in UHD60, press the far right icon first before you start recording. Your video is just a digital 10x zoom of the main camera.

Try your video again using the setting I stated (far right icon above the mode select) and you'll see the image quality is miles better.

thankyou @Joeeye didn't know that... its a shame thou because if you wanted to record from close to a distance you have to stop recording and then restart it..maybe a software update can change it so after so far it automatically changes to a different camera lens..

Yeah it is a stupid limitation I hope they can rectify. Only plus side is the other video modes (UHD30, FHD30 and 60) do not have this limitation.
