Secure folder on A6

Hello, I tried to create a secure folder on the Galaxy A6 and everything went smoothly at first. I logged into my account, set up a pin but then it threw a message that the secure folder could not be created. I have a feeling it's because of the family link app but I'm not sure. I have not rooted my phone.

I can't even set password for the folder, I just put pass from Samsung account and then it throw error

Ak nie skuste zresetovať heslo a nonovo sa prihlásit,potom vytvorte zabezpečený priecinok este raz.

Tak v tom pripade sa musíš porozprávať s rodičmi, kde všade ti prístup povolili

Áno, normálne sa prihlásim na Samsung účet a hneď potom mi to vyhodí error

Ale family link by nemal blokovať secure folder, keď k nej nemá prístup, či? Ako je možné, že by blokoval vytvorenie? Poprípade nevieš akú permissiu potrebujem?
