
On March 31st Samsung Nordics launched ePromoter, a new live chat on Samsung.com that offers buying advice and support regarding products to our customers. Our ePromoters are available to answer your questions Monday-Friday between 9am-18pm.
To chat with an ePromoter you head over to samsung.com (SE, NO, DK, FI) and go to a product page of your choice. Wait for the chat icon to appear in the bottom right corner and click on it.

You will be given different options, where you can decide if you want advice on our products, have an inquiry about an existing order or if you have a support related question. Our ePromoters know most things worth knowing about our products, so we warmly welcome you to live chat with us!
