Since the Galaxy S10 was launched back in 2019, all of our flagship S series smartphones have been available with 5G capabilities. And, of course, the Galaxy S21 is no exception. This means that you can enjoy the fastest possible mobile internet whilst you’re on the go. When you’re at home though, you’ll probably want to turn on the Wi-Fi and not have to worry about data limits.
Our friends over at Support have told us that some people are experiencing unstable Wi-Fi connections on their Galaxy S21. But there’s no need to worry! We have a hack just for you. Follow the steps below to reset your network settings on your S21:
- Swipe down from the top of your screen to reveal the Quick settings panel, then tap on Settings (it’s the little cog symbol in the top right corner)
- Scroll down to find General management and tap on it
- Select Reset and then Reset network settings
- Tap on Reset settings and tap Reset to confirm
One you’ve reset your network settings, you’ll have to register your Wi-Fi again:
- Swipe down from the top of your screen, then tap on the Settings icon
- Tap on Connections and then Wi-Fi
- Select the Wi-Fi network you were connected to
- Re-enter the password and then tap Connect
