Screen Burn

Anyone know if screenburn is covered under Samsung Care+

I had a O2 customer with no insurance on a S20+ that has screenburn and thinks they have Samsung Care+ and wanted to know if they can claim.

I've seen warranty claims being successfully made for this issue.

I've read reports on here of screens being replaced on the S20. I was surprised because I didn't think it was covered either.
