I can't watch videos in 4K resolution from YouTube app on my Galaxy A53 5G phone. 4K videos can also be played at maximum 1080p.

Your A53 only supports 1080p anyways, so should'nt really be a problem.

Because your A53 has a Full HD Display and not a 4K Display.

I know ,Why my old A50 is able to process the 4k video while A53 is not? That is the only question.

That phone couldnt display 4k as well, why it tried to is probably youtubes fault.. Why do you even want it if you cant see it? Just eats more mobile data..

Hey guys. Ok that would make sence but how come i can record a video in 4k and then play it back with no lagg what so ever. Even a downloaded 2k movie in my library laggs and shutter where it is unwatchable. Yet the p20 pro is very similar in specs and can view 2k and 4k stream noproblem whether its in youtube app or from library. But the A53 has a better screen resolution and it cannot.. can you help
