Wrong company represented on our 0800 number

Hi everyone. Newbie here. We have a lot of 0800 numbers. I have two things I need to ask:

1. How do we add our companies to the 0800 numbers in this apps database?

2. How do we update an entry that shows as a totally different company that is unrelated to us?

OK, for 0800 forwarding it is usually managed by your carrier where the 0800 was purchased from. Not you phone or Samsung

You detail are also update through them

This is ofcourse if using the most simple of set ups. You can also have sip trucks with 0800 forwarded to and have internal system forward or cloud based system which manages internal forwarding

Our 0800 numbers are diverts to VoIP numbers and the CID is set to show the corresponding 0800 number on outgoing calls.

So. When you say carrier, is it the company that provide the 0800 number or the VoIP provider who sets the outgoing CID.

In any case, what do they need to do or who do they contact? ( Just in case they ask).

BTW: I am the VoIP provider. It is my own business, but we rent the 0800 numbers from another company and they simply divert to our VoIP server.
