wrong colour telephone icon

my wife has a galaxy flip 4 and finds it a bit annoying that the telephone icon for making outgoing calls is RED instead of GREEN. body have any idea how to correct this.

Mine is purple as I have colour pallette turned on. If you go into settings wallpaper and style, you will find the settings for colour palette.

What @Fiona26 said. Turnoff the colour palette or just apply it to the wallpaper only and not the apps.
Or choose a different one.
