Long story short: I purchased (money taken immediately) a tablet on Samsung Shop to pickup and never got a "pickup message". So after weeks of many calls, chats, and emails, I finally received my refund (but I had to get help from Paypal). AND....one of the worse parts, I'm still getting emails saying, "your order is delayed."
I vowed NEVER to buy anything again through Samsung Shop. I have been a loyal Samsung customer for years and to be treated like that was very upsetting. I'll just have to find a deal somewhere else.
