Wont let be open samsung health

Hi

I recently replaced my phone as my old one was stolen. Since getting the new phone it wont let me open samsung health app. It comes up with an error messages saying 

 Unauthorised changes were made to your phone. Contact customer services. 

Any idea how to fix please

Hi @Jflood3007. Sorry to hear your phone was stolen. It sounds like this may be something to do with your account and as such, would be best to contact them directly on 0800 995 1079.
