@Blondie1178: Wi-Fi Calling is a network specific feature. If the option is still available on your phone then it can be found by opening the Phone app > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Settings > Wi-Fi Calling. If it's not there I recommend reaching out to your network directly to ask about the availability of the service in your area, and the necessary steps to activate it.
