What seems to be the issue with these? Is this happening with any other apps and would you be able to tell us what device and software version are you using?
What exactly issue are you having and what apps are being affected? Have you checked if there is any new software or apps update available?
Are you holding the phone on your hand when you tried to play these messages? If so, that may have something to do with the proximity sensor.
