So, I have not been able to make or receive a call since last Thursday (3/10/22). Everything else seems to work fine, ie: text, internet, games, etc. I have contacted my provider and also searched the internet and it seems that my Network mode:5G/LTE/3G/2G (autoconnect) no longer works and I am supposed to switch over to VoLTE. However, my VoLTE has disappeared from my menu! My A71 used to have it but I think the last update might have made it go away!?!?
Anyone know how to put it back on my phone. I didn't want to do it but I backed up my phone and then did a total factory reset hoping that the VoLTE was show back up! No such luck. VoLTE still missing 😞 HELP
