VOICEMAIL NOTIFICATION

IVE HAD A VOICEMAIL NOTIFICATION SYMBOL APPEAR ON MY PHONE AND I HAVE NO VOICE MAILS

ive tried all the steps dating back to 2018 and its still there..

samsung suggest a hard reset ( as they always do as they are useless )

anybody got any bright ideas of how to get rid of it ?

I've tried a these steps.

Samsung don't have an answer..

Ive adjusted my voicemail settings from my provider and still it's the same 😡

Does clicking on notifications
And untick voicemail
Does that remove it

Notifications greyed out for that option. 🤷‍♂️

Call voicemail number, go to voicemail settings, turn off voicemail, turn on voicemail. It's an issue with the carrier, not the device. Had to sort a few of these in the past
