Very, Very Poor Call Quality On Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition

Hello,

I've recently purchased a brand new Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition directly from Korea. I am super happy with it and It's the best phone I've ever had honestly. I have one major concern with call quality. It sounds muffled and unclear like my old crystal clear Blackberry was. It is unbearable. Are there any settings I need to change with to make it sound as good as my Blackberry Priv? Hope so!

You could try a diagnostic test
Click on the get help button
At the bottom of the samsung members page
And run a diagnostic test
Speaker and mic
