I have a Samsung J6 Plus while my boyfriend has a Galaxy S10 Plus.
We have created a shared folder in the Gallery to exchange photos. The problem is that his photos are motion pictures. When I download them, I can see below that they are motion pictures, but if I click on the writing it says "unsupported file format", and therefore I cannot modify the frame or delete the video. I would like to know how to remove the moving option after downloading them (I mean to delete the video to make them weigh less).
