@Iphie: Please can you confirm the model number and current Android version of the device you're experiencing this issue on. In the meantime, please attempt a Soft Reset by pressing the Volume Down and Power buttons together for around 10 seconds until the device restarts. I'd also recommend checking for any available software updates via Settings > Software update, as well as any updates for the Samsung Pay app.
