Unable to restore Memo in my new M31s phone from Samsung Cloud

Hello All,

I am not able to restore memo app from old S7 edge to M31s via Samsung Cloud.

When trying to restore from cloud it doesn't show memo app while using Web login to Samsung Cloud I am able to see the app.

Does anybody has any solution for it  ?

Hi there.
maybe download Samsung smart switch to your laptop and sync your s9 with it then, your can connect your m31 and restore your s9 back up to the m31.
hopefully this will work for you and help you out..
