Does anyone know why I am unable to install Samsung pay on my Samsung phone please?

@Bobioso: Where did you purchase the A12 from, and where are you currently based? When you attempt to download Samsung Pay, what exactly does the error/notification say?

Hi Andrew. Got the phone message states 'does not support this apps. via Sky, based in UK and the error
