Unable to edit sleep time in Samsung Health

I bought my Watch4 Classic to get a better feel for my sleep efficiency. But I can't seem to ble able to edit the time I go to sleep and the time I wake up in Samsung Health. I often lay awake for a bit after the alarm goes off. The sleep tracker will say I am asleep, and there is no way to edit these times on my phone. I try to slide the clock, but I get an error message saying there is already sleep data recorded within these times, and I am unable to save this.
I don't want to add more sleep, I just want to edit the one already recorded.

Please fix this, Samsung, as it makes it unusable as a sleep tracker.

Please Samsung, listen..

Same problem as everyone else. Getting poor sleep score and inaccurate data because I lay in bed awake doing other stuff.

Cant edit. Fix it.

Same issue as everyone else, having it on the watch 5 pro. I use a third party app to track my sleep anyway, which reports out to Google Fit, and my results through that app are accurate. But if I didn't, and I had bought a watch this expensive specifically for a feature that I can't use, I'd be pissed. It especially rubs me the wrong way because the watch 5 had a marketing point of having more advanced sensors for better sleep tracking. Like, what? How has this still not been fixed........

This is honestly embarrassing for Samsung at this point that this issue has gone on for so long without resolution. Please, get a dev or two to look at this because if the sleep times are inaccurate, it renders any of the other data completely inaccurate because you weren't asleep for all of it!

Hello everyone!

Good news at last, I just got an update (Android, Samsung Galaxy A50), Samsung Health 6.23.0.063 allows again the editing of sleep time!

It does look better, you can do a manual entry.  It's not super easy, if you have broken sleep, you'd need to go out and do several records for the day.  It's a start!  It's not even listed in the update which is unfortunate.

I also have that new version 6.23.0.063 and I don't see that it has changed anything. As in previous versions, the edit option remains, but it is useless. Shows the details but does not allow you to modify the start or end time. Except in a manual entry, as it happened before

Manual input was already in previous versions. I don't see changes in the new version of the app.

I agree too and hope Samsung fixes this soon!! Should be an easy thing for the Samsung Health product team to prioritize in their backlog.

I too am having the same issue. My wireless charger has started sleeping on my behalf, at least that's what Samsung Health thinks. It says I slept from 16:50 until 02:20, but I didn't. I didn't even have my watch on until I charged it, about 10:00 pm, and THEN I went and had a nap.

UPDATE: I just tried the edit mode on this entry and was able to correct my sleep time. Version 6.23.0.063.

Unfortunately,  it is now non-functional again with the update version 6.23.3.003.

PLEASE FIX AGAIN SAMSUNG!!!!

Just bought my Watch 5 Pro and having similar issues to the ones above. Sitting on the sofa records sleep, as well as laying on the bed after waking up.
