Hi, 

does anyone know what is a calling app that can be installed on my UE55F8000. It used to support Skype but it’s not doing that anymore

also at point of sale we were told the the TV would update itself with evolving software technology would updates. But this has not happened. Anyone know why

The Skype app for your TV is no longer supported, and hasn't been for quite some time unfortunately.

To check that your TV is on the latest software version, go to Menu > Support > Software Update > Update now.
