Can anyone tell me why the translate app on samsung internet no longer works as I keep getting error

What device do you have? Could you expand on what problems you are experiencing?

I have the s23 and it's all updated. When I go on a site thar needs translating I click on the translate button it's comes up error when trying to translate in English

Can you provide the website so I can try to replicate.

Works okay for me. I did have to update the Russian language pack though

Getting the same on S24 Ultra. Opened a case with Samsung 1 month ago, zero progress.

Samsung still running ads saying how well this works.
